With almost a completely new coaching staff, what guys that have been riding the pine or playing limited rolls will move into starting positions? Taylor Mays?

i hope taylor mays starts he is going to get alot much better this offseason and navorro bowman he is a MONSTER just like willis and also thaddius gibson i think he deserves a chance he can even to be a consistent olb that could get to the Qb

I hope this happens. I have always been perplexed that the Niners have done the reverse of most teams. Most teams draft tackles, then start them at guard for a few seasons and bump them out to OT if they can cut guard. The Niners usually draft OG's to be OG's and OT's or OG's to be bumped out to OT (Deese, Kyle Kosier)

This is a good one and one that I could see happening. I think Brooks & Mays are your best shots to start out of the bloks but folks on here need to look at players who fit the new systems and Gibson may be one of those guys in a Fangio defense! I doubt he would start out of the blocks but if he can get to the QB #1, he's go a great chance to start at some point in 2011.

And I am saying it now Mays is not ready, but he might be forced in if we dont get anyone who plays SS better.

I swear Sing made a huge mistake cutting Lewis. I dont care what was said about him quitting the team.

Sing was a manipulator. And scew things up. So, I never bought into his BS.
