Year 1 - New CBA - 1 FA QB 1-2 draft pick QBs, OLB, DL, WR, RB, 2 CBs
Year 2 - Win Division and at least the first round of playoffs
Year 3 NFC Championship game and or SB.

2011 Pick 7 - best player available at either db or olb, then qb, d-line, og, fb, after cba is settled, pick up another qb in free agency. OR trade our # 1 for a late round 1 & #2 then package a #2 & 3 for Kolb.

I'm so tired of the "3 year plan". It seems we've been on a three year plan every year since 03. I'm more about the right now plan. We have the talent to win this division now. Harbaugh needs to deliver the goods. If we don't win now we'll be on a new 3 year timetable before we ever reach the third year of this hypothetical plan.

I dont understand what you mean.
In the next three years I believe we will look different simply based on player performance, age, Harbuagh's system, etc.
What player positions should we focus on in the next three years to set us up to compete for a chamionship?
New QB is a must, new Rb Gore is aging and stud OLB and CBs.
i wish alex smith was 53 yrs old
