Will be the token Rooney Rule interview for the next three years. No knock on him, but that's the reality. I doubt that he will ever rise to the level of coordinator in the NFL.

The Rooney Rule is a joke. I'm not being a racist; I'm stating facts. The mods can lock this if they want, but just wait and see...
