It's up to Harbaugh who to keep.

I think very few assts will be retained, even guys I want kept around like Rathman are probably going to be gone.

I think Solari has to go. He's supposed to be a good coach, and maybe he is, but he hasn't been getting it done. With 3 first rounders and 2 second rounders on the OL, to still have a poor O-line is pretty sad.

He hasn't had much time to fix things, so maybe he could stick around for another year, but if our O-line hasn't become a strength instead of a weakness by then, there is no question he should be gone.

That's my opinion as well. Harbaugh hasn't been able to watch NFL offenses and defenses in depth recently to see what the rest of the league is doing currently.

These days, QB coaches switch to DB coaches. Good chance he may be retained since they are familiar with one another. At what level and if Johnson is willing to take a demotion is the big question.

If Mike Johnson stays, his role could be similar to that of Joe Philbin in Green Bay, whose title is Offensive Coordinator but who does not call plays. He is involved in game planning and other essential functions, though. I don't know whether Harbaugh will offer him a job, but if so Mike would have to make a decision as to whether that role works in terms of his career goals or not.

If the Arizona game was an example of Mike's game planning, he did a good job.

I think it's a very good chance Rathman is kept actually, given his experience in the WCO.

I think it will be Rathman, Tomsula, and Hoener (he's been very good developing Davis and Walker).

Does Johnson even know the west coast offense.. Plus we know Harbaugh uses a huge playbook. Some thing Johnson doesn't..
