I want the new coach to have a great draft pick.

Also, the worse record gets us a better sched next year.
Well, being that we have only had a top 5 pick once in this past decade and missed HORRIBLY yet have landed Davis, Willis, and Crabtree after the Top 5 but before 15th, I'd say we will get better value picking 9th or so.

If we have a Top 10 pick, ANY new coach will be happy about that and if they can't get a good player then that is on them. I don't think Carolina is going to pass up Luck so unless we have the #1 pick, which we won't, then we still try to win the game and play the hand were dealt.

I'll root for the Niners to win. Can't really help it. But I won't be mad if they lose.
I'm torn

I always want the 49ers to win

but I want a better draft pick

Well, according to that logic, next year we would play Carolina, who already beat us THIS year might I add, with Andrew Luck at QB and Detroit who is getting better and may even finish with as many wins as us .

Nothing is guaranteed ever but to even wish for an easier schedule based of the year prior, is foolish. Look at the Rams of this year, the Dolphins of a couple years ago, the Lions of this year, Seahawks and maybe even Carolina with Andrew Luck at QB next year. Yeah it looks good RIGHT NOW, but come next year when the season kicks off, everything changes ALL THE TIME
i was against losing last week, when we could have made the playoffs. i'm torn now, I know gametime I'll be rooting for the 49ers to win, but if we lose I will be a little happy inside

Win for Tomsula.

Guy deserves to have a perfect Head Coaching record in the NFL. He might not get another shot anywhere else.

The draft will work itself out. If we lose, we might make a bad pick because of our draft position. If we win, we might make a good pick instead. If we had gone to the playoffs, we may have made an even better pick. That's the nature of the draft.

We have no control over this one, guys. Just try to enjoy watching your favorite team play the last game of the season. It's a long offseason... and this one may be very long.

49ers.
They matter!

A loss on Sunday affects draft status. The effect on the schedule will only be on two games, depending on the outcome we will safe either the Lions or Vikes...and either the Panthers or the Bucs.
We have to face the NFC East and AFC North no matter what.
I wuldnt care if we were 1-15, I still want a win. Yeah I want a nice draft pick too, bit I'm not thinkin of that right now. This may be the first game we actually play where gameplan may actually win.
Even when Tomsula said he's staying out of the offense, and will let MJ do his thing. I'd like to see if we make the right decisions during the right times.

Many of these players will never see some of the guys next to then again. So I'd like to go out at least with a win since our playoff hopes are over.

Go Niners. Worry about tom., tomorrow!
GO CARDS GO!!!!!!!

49ers.

The coaches won't tank this game. They may all be looking for jobs next season so why go out losing?
Id Rather See my team win on my birthday, especially after witnessing b u l l s h i t all season
