Taylor Mays tip toe catch of the blocked punt now that was sweet.

ON the down side you can put Clements on here about 5 times because when he screws up he screws up big.

more than good and bad plays, bad moments and good moments

good moments
- Alex against New Orleans, his last offensive serie (TD + two points conv)
- Alex against Philadelphia, after being scolded by singletary... and just before his last interception (two offensive series with TD and going to win the game)
- Troy 4th and 18 against the rams... and the next play TD with crabtree

bad moments
- clement's fumble against atlanta
- alex's fumble against philadelphia... and returned for TD... and his next offensive serie 3 and out... and is booed.... and is scolded by singletary.... and the fans chanting "we want carr!" (was so sad)
- the entire game against tampa bay
- the entire game against san diego
- justin smith, when he pushed an official against SD (uncontrolled player, coach's fault)

could be good moments
- alex against PHI, the last offensive serie (if we had won the game)
- alex against SD when himself is thrown to the end zone (could be a TD and tie the game 7-7)
- alex against the rams, if he had won the game.
- alex... so close.. many times..

the best play of the year was Goldsons pick 6 against SEA. why? because it was the only time this entire season that we were able to be laughing and having a fun time watching the game when an exciting play happened. when he ran it in, the announcer said "and the rout is on!!" i cant even remember the last time ive heard that about us in any game.

every time we made a big play this year, something youd jump and cheer about, it was while we were behind, or not far enough in a lead to enjoy it very long before you started pacing about us going into conservative running mode.

except for the Goldson pick 6. it was nice. ironically, it was also the only positive thing Goldson did this whole season.

worst play of the year was the Clements fumble by far.

Worst Play - Alex Smith vs. Philly
Player of the Year - Willis (128 tackles, 6 sacks, 2 FF)
Runners Up - V. Davis (800+yds, 6 TDs) Gore (1300+ yds from scrimmage)
Biggest Flop - Alex Smith (in a contract year Smith regressed from last year's performance)

Worst plays: joe staley and gore getting season ending injuries

best D play didn't even register as a stat. P.Willis SMASHED the raiders guard right into Michael Bush for the tackle. Someone else landed on Bush to get credit for the tackle though.
