THIS GUY IS THE MAN!

Im sure he's learned plenty from Harbaugh. If we can pair him up with an OC like Brad Childress, Chudzinski, or even Clyde Christensen, and a DC like Rex Ryan, we'd have a solid staff!

I'm assuming Fangio is leaving, plus I don't think Fangio would want an assistant to leapfrog him.
