eddie will be in constant contact with Jed even if he isn't a part of the interviews. Sounds like Eddie and Jed will make the GM decision together then leave it up to that guy to create an entire football staff including HC and all assistants.

Again, this is not guaranteed yet. He said he is going to be the only person FOR SURE there, Eddie D could be there as well.
