and the bad news is as long as the dorks own this team we will be ripping the next gm signing and the next hire. This organization and its eneptness starts from the top. They will never get it right. havent for 9 years, why start now. Every year same crap, and same false hope to keep the zoners in discussion mode. PATHETIC.

You state this game showed our weakness at qb and you want to shoot Alex. You watched the entire game right? Cause that was Troy, the guy you want to remain on the team that played the first 3.5 qtrs, not Alex.

You only see one glaring need on this team. Who have you been watching all year? We never get pressure on the opposing qb, which exposes our below average db's who constantly get burnt. Our D has at times this year made average qb's look like pro bowlers. If we have a must stop situation like today when they had the ball with 2:30 or something to go, what happens, we let them get a first down.

On O, we can't run or pass. I know Alex is average but why can't we run? Cause our oline is still crappy, no pass protection and no holes to run thru. Our wr's never seperate and are one of the worst wr groups in the NFL.

We need at least: 1 pass rusher, 2 db's, Speed and or quick wr, some line help, a qb and a fullback. And thats assuming we sign our best players and the ones like Crabs finally get on the stick.

I hope you are right about the O minded HC and I too am looking foward to the draft. But, if we have a whole new coaching staff, we are gonna have to learn whole new systems on O and D, which will take time and mayber years to fill with the correct players.

At least all that silly talk about playoffs is finally over! Hopefully we get a decent draft spot and Sing, Alex and some of the other pathetic asst coaches are gone next year! Too bad The Yorks show no signs of selling!
