We can put him as our Defensive coordinatior or line back coach he was a great defensive player in the past and the best line backer in the world so why not show our line backer core and help them be ten times better But its clearly hes not capable of being the HC

I've never heard of a head coach taking a demotion and staying with the team. He might make a good D-Cord but we will never know because we promoted him WAAAAYYYY too prematurely.
