Crappy football for 10 years plus. And I frankly it is flipen ground hog day. I have seen this show for far too long. This once proud franchise has gone from innovative entertaining team of the decade to crap. Toiling in the cellar and this product is worse than crap it is not even entertaining football. For God sakes please do not just get a good coach get a gm and create an organization of competent football people who know how use the talent you we have and know who to get to plays the roles the team needs. Look no farther than the Cowboys. Talent no question but you need a plan and a vision for how those player fit into your system. And you MUST HAVE A SYSYTEM. My vote is for the fat man; Mike Holmgren. This may be a huge stretch for many reasons; BUT he knows the following how to create an organization. When he got to Seattle he got them to hire a GM and also restructure the whole football operations. A close friend of mine who is a lifelong Seattle fan told me when he got there he brought 4 or 5 guys with him. PS look into the top gm's in league and over 5 of them came out of Seattle while he was there; Mike Riesnfeld titans, Green Bay's GM Ted Thompson, Mickey Loomis of the Saints and a couple of others. Holmgren did not want Russkle. He also knows qb development. He recognizes it is an important position. Second choice is chuckie provided he can help with the pieces. Other to add to the management team Third if he available jeff fisher and gm floyd reese. As for Haugaugh HE WILL FAIL WITHOUT AN EXPERINCED FRONT OFFICE. I agree with you, but the man I have in mind is Chris Polian, son of Colts President of football operations Bill Polian. The Polian's are a well respect football family, are well connected in the NFL, they have a strong mantra for drafting solid nfl players that end up being starters for years. For the longest the Colts were cellar dwellars but the Polian's turned that around.
