Bargaining? Hoping that they (Singletary?) tries the spread or at least a balanced passing first O so that we can at least be entertained for the rest of the year. If I see another run up the middle on 3rd and long...argh! It might actually fool some teams if it weren't the default play of this team!

Well said. The depression wore off after we couldn't beat the Panthers. It looks like we're going to give them their only win of the season....

I am Definitely Angry, cuz things didn't have to be this way this Season...We were all promised that this would be the 49ers Break-Out Football Season, I guess it just didn't pan out that way.

depressed because i for sure though we were going to be good. I'm angry that if we had a coaching staff we could win the division.

We have no future unless major changes are made. Right now we are the Clippers of the NFL, high draft picks and still suck and a .500 winning percentage is the limit.

I have deeply considered the possibility lately that this team is either cursed, or has been dealt some sort bad football karma because of the success that it had and it is not "allowed" to have any more success for a long while due to that. I know sounds crazy, but all I know is the year the Red Sox finally won the world series, a foul ball hit by David Ortiz hit and broke the face of some kid who lived in the house Babe Ruth lived in when he was still a Red Sock.

Denial - When I believed Singletary's smash mouth crap. I never liked this mindset deep down, but I tricked myself into believing in it.

Anger - Last year when we ran Gore into a brick wall all day long, I was angry, because I like Gore too much to see him put through that nonsense.

Bargaining - I bargained to run the spread last season, but found out it was like bargaining for Solo's life with Jaba the Hutt. Impossible, and the attempt only resulted in laughter back at me. "Ha ha ha, ... I will not give up my favorite decoration. I like Alex Smith as a game manager, HA HA HA HA!."

Depression - Watching a bad circus act isn't depressing. If you want to watch a team that is TRULY cursed, follow the Golden State Warriors for a few years. You WILL believe in Voodoo curses if you follow their bad luck long enough.

Resignation - Never. There is always the future. With the right leadership, there is plenty of talent in place on this team already.
