According to this article had dinner together. York atteded some functions for stanford at the Stanford-Cal game. Even though York denies the fact that he wants to get familiar with Harbaugh and his style of coaching, it seems to me that he is trying to convince him to go to the niners. What do you guys think? It's misleading to say they had dinner together. They were both at a function that hundreds of people were also at. Saying they had dinner together makes it sound like a one on one thing that had a purpose.

Debartolo and Walsh had a dinner together.

Jed and Harbaugh ate Reserve meals at a function.

I liken it to two people on a 12 hour flight. They both were on the plane, they both ate the meal(or suffered through it) but they probably didn't even come face to face the whole trip.
