What must Singletary do to keep his job?

If he makes playoffs he keeps job period its almost impossible he would have to win all 6 or 5 out of 6. If 49ers win the west and make playoffs he is going to remain the head coach people forget nolan never won over 7 games in a season and we kept him 4 years and dennis erickson was our worst coach ever he got 2 years.Mike singletary could keep job but he has to win nfc west and go to playoffs a win over green bay and san diego would show enough progress to keep him good teams dont change coaches every year and neither should we unless we have contract already signed with better coach john gruden or mike holmgren
