so if we finish last place in the worst division ever, does that make us the worst NFL team of all time?

no, but it means we've wasted a very easy opportunity to make the playoffs
and the division is improving fast (see Bradford, Sam or the job that Pete Carrol has done this year)

We'll let's see: You take an owner who doesn't know jack about football nor do they care because it's just a financial investment.
Hires the cheapest Front Office personnel and Head Coaches they can find, all of which are lacking the necessary experience to succeed and what do you get? THIS MESS! Sad isn't it?
Fortunately, the team isn't that bad because there are some exceptional players on the team. A decent QB, an experienced Head Coach, Offensive Coach and this team may go somewhere.
Really, they're NOT lacking much and if they can position themselves to be able to draft a good QB, they may entice a good experienced HC out there.
Now the question is: Are the owners willing to pay the kind of salary that WILL bring in a good and EXPERIENCED Head Coach?
