Are you serious? We couldn't score in garbage time, and at home. How are we going to beat SD and Green Bay on the road, when we are even worse than at home (0-4 road record). Four of our last six games are on the road.
In fact, the worst record in the NFL is held by the Carolina Panthers at 1-9. Anyone want to take a wild guess their lone victim out of ten opponents?

6-8, tied for first-place after week 15?

All those wins and 1st place makes it harder to fire Singletary and get Luck.

What does it matter? Th ewhole point in being optimistic is thinking your team has a chance to make it to the super bowl. The mere fact that all you hear from Sing and York every freaking week that we are mathmatically still able to win the division and make it to the playoffs is irrelevant. This team is garbage and reflects that every week. Who cares if they make the playoffs. Because even if by some miracle they actually did, it's one and done. After today's loss Singletary is officially out as 49ers coach at the end of the season. In addition I hope we lose the rest of our games so that we havea chance to draft a future franchise QB. We'll need the first or second pick to take Luck out of Stanford. Go Rams! and Cardinals!

You will find similar sentiments in my thread on the rest of the season being pointless. We have a lame duck head coach, and lame duck team.

this thread is a joke. we finish 4-12, and im being optimistic. The "fans" saying we will win the division are the same ones saying we would go 12-4 before the season started. WE SUCK, GET OVER IT.

We easily could be 0-10 or 1-9 right now. Real talk.
