Is Mike Iupati the best 49er Offensive Lineman?

Right now I think it goes to Staley just cause he's a vet. But Iupati played like a beast his rookie season. I think he will overtake Staley in time.

Chilo Rachal is our best lineman.

Glad to see him get the recognition. He struggled a lot early but made very good progress. He should be an anchor of that line for another 10 years.
Love him two years ago, and still love him today. This further solidifies the idea that the Senior Bowl game means little to nothing, and the practices during the week mean everything.

Iupati dominated Senior Bowl practices last year. And, for all the criticism I have placed on Trent and company over the years (Mays and Bowman in the second and third rounds...yikes), this was a good selection.

Truth.
Considering he was a rookie, yes he is.
If he isn't then he will be

I know it's hindsight but...

We could have picked Bulaga at #13 and kept our 4th round pick for a development player (Mike Kafka, QB), or another early contributor instead of picking Anthony Davis.

Rookie.

Chill.

Nope...he was on the all-rookie team, leave it at that. Baas was the best overall OL, IMHO.
