I'd agree with all of those...but, I'll add more:
- Failure to make significant adjustments on offense/defense as the games dictate. Yesterday was a prime example...he could see fromthe get-go AD was no match for Chris Long. He gave him virtually no help, whatsoeverand it almost cost us the game.
- Inability or unwillingness to take full responsibility for the team's failures. He's quick to blame everyone else, save himself.
- Overall indecisiveness...he needs to just name Troy Smith as the starting QB and be done with it. He has to learn how to deal with any controversies that come along with those kinds of decisions. He also needs to replace Rachal with Snyder and be done with that, too.
