and why not? I am here is Chargers country now and people think he still has a bright future. As for him getting suspended for steroid us, league policy is clear, whether or not the use of these drugs are for rehabilitation of injuries (legally, under doctor's supervision) , you will still get suspended. League reason is there are alternatives out there other than steroids and you made the choice. That is why when players get suspended, it's broacasted that it was for steroids. Not like he got caught cheating/using it illegaly.

I don't care one way or the other about Merriman, but I think the Niners should claim Moss just to keep the Rams, Seahawks or Cardinals from getting him......
