I fully agree. Nothing good will happen until the Yorks, who actually kind of inherited the team, sell it to someone who understands football and is ready to do what it takes to succeed.
Until then, any hiring/firing of coach, assistants, etc. is useless and will only lead to other losing seasons.
The Yorks have to go !

I think the coaching is ok and is ok for right now, more good players are what we need. Especially, a competent Qb to run the show. Everything else should fall into place after that.

I think it needs to be heard loud and clear that before Singletary was pledging that he wanted winners, it was the San Francisco 49er fans that pledged for winners. We want them starting from the top.
On the web, at the stadium..anywhere, i think we need to let ourselves be heard.
Be careful what you wish for, you may get it. A new owner with no local roots, hello LA 49ers.

i reeeeeeeeeeeeally don't agree. 4 losses by a field goal are clear coaching mistakes.
11 penalties for 100+ yards (2 weeks in a row) falls on the coaching staff.

Having a crappy backup falls on the coaching also.......................
