One thing for sure is that Singletary has been watching a lot of the same losing films

The funny part is most fully competent head coaches only mention going to look at film a few times in their pressers because they know thats a given in the life of an NFL coach. These guys already spend most of the weelk looking at film. But coaches like andy ried can tell you what went wrong in the game right after the game, because they can see it from the sideline, they dont have to look at the film to figure out wtf just happend, they use the film to make adjustments. Ok so singletary is a motivator i get that, but coaches like him get tuned out by the players when the teams are crappy. I would settle for a coach who knows his x's and o's and can gameplan around our talent vs the other teams talent, unfortunatley singletary is lacking in this area, on the flip side he might make a good special teams coach down the line, or maybe back to LB coach, but he'll never get another HC job in his league.

This times a gazillion. I'm come to the horrific realization that he's worse than Nolan. He really is. At least Nolan knew x's and o's. I don't think there's any doubt that he's worse than Nolan, Chico. The only question in my mind is whether he can overtake Erickson before the Yorks deign to the inevitable.

Please...Erickson ran a team with the talent level of an expansion team...Sing has 1st rounders all over the board and he is physically bringing their talent level down.
