Alex still showed himself, even though he didnt' throw any INTS which was a big plus. The offense still struggled most of the game. He played himself into the starting line-up another game however. My question is should we still make a QB change? I think you have to look at the overall play of the game. Yes he scored twice but that wasn't until the last part of the game, when their backs were up against the wall again. The offense only scores when time is running out. But most of the game Alex was missing throws and taking sacks once again. He once again was showing frustration, and it showed on the missed pass to Morgan which could have potentially been a TD if he was on target. Each week we there are alot of "if's". We won, yes, but were we lucky this time? If we're going to win the WEST, we have to win as many games as we can plus Sea and St Louis (playing well right now) need to lose a handful. We are @ Carolina next week with them coming off a bye and you know how are road record is despite the Panthers being winless. No more taking teams lightly.

I didnt see any of the game yesterday but from reading articles it must have looked pretty ugly.

Exactly. Having anyone else play would be catastrophic. Ride out Smith for the year, then upgrade in the off season

There is certainly room for improvement. But two things were accomplished in the game, no turnovers - meaning we did not shoot ourelves, and we won the game. Now lets keep developing the product until it is functioning the way it is supposed to.
