You always hear commentators talk about players who know how to win. In our case, this team's culture, from top to bottom is that we know how to lose and we are DAMN good at it, being about as creative as an organization can be. We are the Chad Ochocinco of oganizations, conjurring up new and creative ways to lose each and every week. That, my friends, is a "losing culture." As fans, you literally just "feel" that we're going to do something to throw a win away. If Bly was just being Bly, the Niners are just being the Niners...losing. It's what we do and we're damn good at it!.

Good thread, man. It made me laugh upon first reading the subject. But, I immediately understood the significance - because, unfortunately, I think it is significant.
Ugh, that sounds Debbie Downer-ish, but it also seems quite accurate.
We've all been hoping for the turn-around and growth of a team that makes winning their habit.
But, for growth to flourish, the "gardener" (read: coach) needs a green thumb.

the winners?...they are with Sing's other imaginary team that is not a Charity...
Sing is f'n Hypocrite, like I said before the season started....he plays favorites and has put other players before the TEAM, FANS, and his Family unfortunately cause he will get fired for his stubbornness.
example of these players...
Alex Smith
Shylo Racheal

Well, if we can harken back to last year, and also have our players play like they did in college, we'd have 5(!) winning QBs on our active roster (Alex, Shaun, Nate D., Arnaz, M-Rob).
They do say college is the best time of our life, but for more reasons than we could even imagine.
Course, when you have to pose 2 ridiculous hypotheticals, the point is proven.

Yeah, Balmer. My bad. But yeah, you get what I mean.

the most experienced and decorative player on our team when it comes to winning isn't getting a sniff at more that two plays a game.
I'm sure Westbrook would have brought something to the huddle at least some sort of confidence or something

Good point.
It would be nice to find a way to optimize Westbrook's place on the field, but we all know this.
At the very least, let's give the man a microphone in the locker room AND in front of the camera.
He's well-respected, has skills, and can apply a fresh perspective to the mess called this season. And, possibly, diffuse some of the soap opera media attention that does nothing more than distract from winning.
Until we start winning, Singletary is raw meat for the media. Hopefully what should happen to him on this team will happen, but it does no good to muddy up the team before the verdict on Singletary gets handed down.
