He also sees the chaos within the organization. Madden was very insightful in an article I just read here on webzone and saw that he didnt step on any toes just kept it real. What are your thoughts?

It doesn't matter. It's subjective. Some think Alex is good and others don't. Doesn't discredit Madden's take.
