The issue is that Sing is way over his head, and he does not have the tools or skills to work his way out. It's almost like having Tony Robbins coach this team.

I think he was going to bench him when he made the call, and Alex Smith argued his way back onto the field........ this is just going to slow the niners down of getting rid of him,, ,he is just tooo inconsistent,,, he plays great for a few spurts but mostly sucks,,, doesnt fight for a bigger role,,, dosent fight to be able to throw to his targets,,,, they run Gore in walls plays after play,,, come on can we get some kind stratagy going here,, maybe throw on a running down for once,,, I mean they always run on throwing downs,, somtimes you to be unpredictable......

He is erratic/bipolar. First sends Vernon to the locker room, then makes him team captain. Keeps endorsing Raye, then fires him (why not ask Raye for the list of things that will improve the offense, take him off the leash?). Fires one of the better special teams coaches in the league, because he didn't make his clear how he wanted to be involved with the calls. Throws Nate Davis under the bus, when he could be our QBOTF--doesn't recognize his own lack of preparation and experience for his own job. And of course, Alex.
With Sing it's all about Sing -- he is supposed to be the greatest coach of all time, even though he has no HC experience and doesn't recognize his own limitations. He should leave it to his coordinators, particularly his OC since he has NO idea how an offense should be put together and run. Even though he can't keep his hands off the offense, he will throw his OC and QB under the bus if they can't make his "Gore up the middle" offense work. He is only the greatest HC in his own mind.
If things don't work, it's the coaches'/players' fault, never the Great One.
