Do you mean the 16 runs to 19 passes called in the 1st half or the 8 runs to 10 passes called in the 1st quarter?

Oh, I get it you must be talking about the 6 run plays called on first downs to the 8 pass plays called on first downs in the first half?

I didn't get that from the game yesterday at all; but, I guess those of us that actually watched the game got a different opinion. We were clearly closer to balanced in the first half and definitely pass oriented in the second; but, whatever. I'm sure if you choose to look at it with an open mind you would see that too...

You got the definition right, spot on. And what did we do? Continued to try and run when our OL couldn't move anyone off the LOS. Continually got plays in late all day long, twice burning TOs in first half so we could come back and call a ....24 dive? Good grief. Anybody that saw that game had to realize our HC did not field a nfl ready team, and worse, hasn't figured out how to get plays in timely, whether bad or not.That is coaching failure at its worst, one time taking us from 4th dwn on 1 foot line to a FG, because...play didn't come in on time. That's a firing offense, 18 mos later, when it still is same as the first day BM arrived...and that is ridiculous. Free BM. Let him return to college to learn how to coach. the rah rah has worn off and with good players, we now need a really good nfl coach. We don't have him, and baalke needs to find one quick. My choice? ask Tony Dungy if he would take mercy on us and help us thru rest of this yr.
