Colts lost

-Arizona damn near lost to the Rams

-Dallas lost

-Mcnabb won , but didn't throw a t.d. at all

-Broncos lost

-Crabs hasn't played since last year.

-Why we started throwing to Moron Norris for the first time in his life is beyond me.

-Our starters haven't played in about 2-3 weeks.

-Gore damn near skipped preseason

-Our division is weak. Seattle looked crappy for two whole quarters, Arizona as I said, almost lost to teh Rams, and the rams are the rams.

-4-0 in preseason , we got used to winning, probably overrated ourselves and didn't practice as hard. Now that we lost to ourselves , we can put that pressure to succeed and get motivated to destroy, not just win.

Coach sing, is that you? Im so freaking depressed about yesterday coach, how bout you?
Ummmm I guess you don't remember or this is the first year you saw a 9er game but Alex has thrown to Norris before. Which came up big for a TD that he dove for.

Norris can catch. Which is why I was so pissed off about him leaving his feet to get a ball that actually had a bit of touch on it. It wasn't a rope or a laser. He had plenty of time and space to backpedal to get it. In fact he probably didn't need to stop and turn where he did.

Has anyone but me noticed that Smith actually has been patient enough to let his Receivers work free when he's had to roll out? Before he would roll out and take a glance and tuck it and move the ball himself.

Yesterday he didn't do that. He did everything he could to let his guys help him.

Well anyway not trying to turn this into a defend Smith or Bash Smith thread.

I just think that Norris blew it. Had he scored that would have demoralized Shattle. Instead...

^The fact that you're putting blame on Norris for that play is mind boggling.

Gotta agree. Smith has to hit that pass, dude was wide f**king open. Total failure by Alex.

At that point in the game though, I personally feel like we should have taken the 3, been up 9-0 and just rolled with that. Those missed 4th and 1's ALWAYS kill a team, momentum wise. No need to be so cutthroat in the first quarter, IMO. Oh well

Don't forget about that play when Ginn got behind the secondary and Smith underthrew him. That could've been another score.
a meeting? Yeah, that will fix it

I like the fact that this picture has ended up in just about every thread going right now. Bad Throw but you have to admit Norris really does suck and Westbrook, Walker,Vd or even the ball boy make a better play on it then Norris. He truely has to be the biggest waste of a roster spot

This is the NFL, if the ball goes straight through your hands it's catchable. You should have caught it. No other guy on the field would have dropped that low veocity

What's mindboggling is how Moron dropping a really basic pass is somehow translated into being Smith's fault.

I have been thinking that exact same thing for the better part of a year.

like obama, singletary has to clean up the mess left behind from 8 years of failure

Isn't that funny. When Bush had to deal with stuff left over from the previous administration, it was all about "He's been the guy for... so it's on him."

Obama has been in Office long enough, but he's having to "clean up after the previous 8 years.", man that's hilarious.

Nevermind that the economy is only getting worse not better and nevermind that since he passed his BULLSH@T healthcare plan that Insurance companies have started raising their rates, hospitals have been charging more and the healthcare system here is now F@CKED. He could have fixed it but now it looks like anyone that is middle Class and below is going to be on Medicare. And still Social Security will be flat broke by time I retire and nobody wants to deal with it.

I digress though, this is a Political issue and as such should be in Parking Lot. Can we please leave off with the Obama garbage? My apologies for perpetuating it a bit but don't blast the previous administration. He's gone. It's Obama's baby and has been for awhile now.

I blame Raye 90% for calling a play for Norris in the red zone for the second time after the first time already failed

5% on Norris for sucking at football

5% on Alex for not recognizing how bad Norris sucks and trying to lead him with the throw

It's easier to put the blame on one player then to realize that the entire team was f**king horrendous. I saw no one give a good performance yesterday, no f**king one. Alex had one of the worst, and he's our quarterback so he'll get the most heat; but IMO no one on our team had an impressive performance. Maybe VD, but that's it.

Was it catchable? I bet you could have caught that just sitting there on your Runaround Electric Scooter Leatha.
