Are pretty good at wr but.... someone did mention a huge drop off after crabtree. I agree, morgan so so, and ginn will help open things up, but will he catch the ball? I know tj houshmandzadeh, and clayton just got cut. I wouldnt mind seeing either one in red and gold... Thoughts?

Before we all flame this dude, looking at TJ Housh really wouldn't be a BAD thing. No matter which way you slice it, he would be an upgrade at the position. The only thing is he's gotta a mouth and seemingly bad attitude. Our WR corps would be slow as hell, though. Paying him vet minimum with Seattle paying his other 7 million is laughable and would be a great kick in the nuts to the Seahawks.
I see him ending up in Minnesota.

I agree, Morgan isn't a decent #2. I would've liked Houshmanzadeh a couple years ago but now hes too old and SLOW
Antonio Bryant would've been a great #2 but hes injured.
A Golden Tate type of receiver is what I think would be perfect for us. Hopefully we can find someone like him with a late 2nd or 3rd round pick next year.

I'd rather bring back Jerry Rice.

Ginn hasn't been impressive fighting for passes thrown his way in the pre-season. I hope he steps it up in the regular season. Based on effort, I'd rather have Zeigler as the #3 WR at this point.

Yes! Except he needs to realize that this isn't College football anymore, this is the NFL now! Get BOTH of those feet in bounds!

have you guys heard of law of averages? micahel clayton got 1193 yards and 7 tds in his first year
however the next 5 years COMBINED he got only 1743 yards and 3 tds when he should've been on pace for 5965 yards and 35 tds based on his rookie season!!! lets calculate how much stats he lost in the past 5 years
5965 yards - 1743 yards = 4222 yards
35 tds - 3 tds = 32 tds
the law of averages tells us that in order for his overall career stats to even out properly, Clayton is about to have EPIC HISTORICAL SEASON(S) to make up for those lost 4222 yards and 32 tds!!!! we MUST sign him
