As the game gets closer I get more nervous about whether we win. It's just hard to tell with the first game of the season. I hope the team doesn't overlook them.

I agree, 1st game of the year anything can happen, everybody comes in relatively healthy, Seattle is gonna have their crowd behind them.
I think its gonna be a tough game, If we win the toss I want our D on the field 1st and send a message right off the bat with a 3 and out

I don't think so. I think Singletary is going to have the team pretty focused on the job to be done. With New Orleans following, they know they need to win this game. It would be great to go in there and take care of them handily. Both Smith and Gore have a history of having big games up there.

Who knows who will be on their roster on Sunday? Six guys have already changed since the final cuts were made. Carroll is running a pro team like a fantasy GM. Unbelievable!
Can't wait to be there to heckle all of our Niner re-treads!

My thoughts are that we beat them and beat them pretty bad. This team looks too strong for the Seacocks. I don't think the guys will forget that last game against the Seacocks. They will be very focused and ready! I think we kill em 31 - 13.

I can't help but expect the worse when it comes to the first game of the season
I think that on paper we have the better team and our continuity serves as a big advantage, but still I don't know. It's probably just nerves

Continuity which is the key word, is something that Seattle does not have. They will be lost on the offensive line which will let us control them in the end.

true?
Mike Singletary is 7-2 ATS against divisional opponents.
Was looking for an objective analysis of the game. Walterfootball is the only I could find, nfl and espn probably write their stuff later this week.
