Yep, that's pretty bad. Although Anthony Adams was a decent pick. He just didn't fit in a 3-4 defense.

The year before, 2002, may have been worse. Except for some shot-in-the-dark 7th round picks (Heitmann and Kosier) it was way worse than 2003 IMO.
