Is Singletary losing the locker room?

After watching Montana and Rice retire on different teams, how loyal should players be to an organization who will cut you in a second? I think Singletary has been having private meetings with these players about roster spots, and has opened his big mouth first week in training camp and started crowning rookies starters. It is apparent to me that some feel special treatment is being given here. How long can Mike Singletary hold this job without a whining season? I hope he knows what he is doing.

I just have major questions about the legistics of camp.

Isn't there a curfew and bed check like they do on Hard Knocks?

How does a player just leave the Team Hotel without anyone not knowing??

Why do these two guys feel like they can't come and bring their issues to someone in the organization and receive help from their employer?

Scotty drafted Balmer, not Sing. Balmer isnt on the field because he hasnt earned that right. If he cant beat out Soap then he isnt very good. Soap is just average at best. The Balmer pick was always a head scratcher and never made any sense. Coffee just couldnt cut it. What else could it be?

We start having our vet leaders pull no shows and then I will be worried. Otherwise Sing is just cleaning house and taking out the trash.
