He's the slowest snail WR I've seen on an NFL starting roster. A "preseason Tiger" who has never emerged in the regular season as anything of value. Plus he tips the ball up into the air for interceptions.
This player lives off the reputation of A FEW preseason games a long time ago. And it's sad that many WZers still believe it.

Balmer was a one year wonder in college, similar to Robert Ayers or whatever his name is in Denver.
I hate drafted players with upsides, Jamal Anderson, Vernon Gholston, Kentwan Balmer and the Jacksonville DE that i don´t even remember his name anymore. ALL BUSTS
