Willis has a great supporting cast as well, Manny Lawson, Takeo Spikes, Amhad Brooks, and Parys Haralson can all have a big game and give the QB a really bad day. Right now the Niners have the best LB core in the NFL.

Hahaha per usual, the majority of the Seahawks fans in that thread think the Seahawks will finish first in the division.

Seriously wouldn't count the Seahawks out that's for sure. Hasselbeck on his worst year threw for 3,000 and 17/TD 17/INT. They could shock the league just as much as we're favored to win the West.

I don't think we got that much respect in that thread. Considering multiple fans of the Seahawks were stupid enough to rate our OL behind theirs/3rd, rated their TEs=to ours, rated their LBs better than ours(ridiculous), rated their WRs above ours, etc. Those guys are straight up homers. I think we're the best in the division at OL, TE, RB, maybe QB, LB, DL, AND SECONDARY. To think that someone on that dumbass board rated our safeties last is ridiculous. Goldson is seriously underrated and so is Mike Lewis.

did u see the one seahawk fan who said their lb's will be better by midseason and went on to acknowledge they have no pass rush but their group of lb's is good enough to overcome that

That's one of the statements I'm talking about. That was pretty ridiculous.

Sure there was a little homerism from some of the posters, but overall it seemed like almost every post expects us to be the team to beat! Not one person tried to dog us.

Put me down for $50 for Seattle not even being in it by week 8.

2. Niners (Moran Norris, Brit Miller) - Moran Norris is more know for his goal line situations rather than his blocking skills. They rarely use him because Singletary usually goes with a two TE set rather than having two backs in the backfield. Even though he’s a decent FB, the Niners rarely use him.
This is the only thing that I can pick out that I completely disagree with. What is he talking about, that's all Moran Norris does is lead block.

And this is when this post became not worthy of readying..
Niners (Nate Clements, Shawntae Spencer, Tarell Brown, Karl Paymah) - Right now the Niners have the best corners in the NFC West and the fans know it. Clements is one of the best corners in the game, and is near flawless in coverage. Shawntae Spencer did a number on Larry Fitzgerald last year and is probably the only CB that knows Fitzgerald’s tendencies well enough to counter them, because of their time in Pittsburgh. If one word can desribe this secondary it’s CONSISTENCY and it shows.
