I want Westbrook to have a break out game. Added incentive for him against his old team

Asante Samuel and Michael Vick out, LeSean McCoy expected to play for Eagles
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on October 8, 2010 12:32 PM ET
Eagles coach Andy Reid announced Friday that Michael Vick, cornerback Asante Samuel, and wide receiver Riley Cooper would all miss Sunday night's game against the 49ers.
That's the bad news.
The good news is that dynamic running back LeSean McCoy returned to practice on Friday and is now expected to play a "full game" according to Reid. McCoy suffered a rib injury last week in the loss to the Redskins.
Through four weeks, McCoy's impressive development has been one of the highlights of the Eagles offense. It's early, but he's improved his pass protection and is doing a fair Brian Westbrook impression otherwise. McCoy is fifth among running backs in yards from scrimmage and second among running backs with 23 catches.

d will be fine so long as the offense doesn't put the game on their shoulders. philly d knows we have a re-worked line and that smith gets rattled under pressure so look for mj to call different personnel formations and give wr's a chance for separation. some deep completions along with a good mix of solid running will keep'm on their heels.
LOL... you know Philly's D is top 5 against the pass right? They are also top 5 in interceptions and top 10 in getting sacks.
Alex isn't going to have time to get the ball deep and if he does, one or two of them will be picked off.
true but does it stop you from hitting em deep more often than none? young said himself at this stage you have to...stickin to the same mindset you lose either way. our d played very similar last season but whats getting us now? those screens and dumpoffs to convert 3rd makin us susceptible to balanced playcall. point is we cant sit on one dimesion any longer and this is johnson's opportunity to prove whether or not alex is capable of basic qb'ing on a solid team.

I'm down w/ that!
Although i already jumped off his bandwagon, i would love for him to make me eat crow and show us all that he can still make the plays when needed.
As for who I want to see... Westbrook/Dixon. Just to give Gore a break and confuse their D... let's just just change things up man. Go '9ers!
