I hope Gores run of injuries are behind him and that hes ready to go for the whole season. I'd all so like to see him break that 2k ground game and hopefully set a new NFL record

Franks only missed 5 games over the past 4 years and in all 4 of those years has put up over 1000 yard per season.
It may just be me; but, I wouldn't call that bad luck...

I think bad luck. But then again it seems like he is always at risk, or so prone to injury it's ridiculous...
Are you of aware what sport he plays?

he does seem to get hurt and miss one or 2 games a year gotta avoid that high ankle sprain but you have to admit he is injury prone though they aren't serious injuries it causes him to miss games.

Gore's injuries haven't been anything serious, like knee injuries or anything broken.
It has mainly been sprained ankles. Those are a luck (or no such) of the draw.
He has played in atleast 13 games every year in the league I believe.
Actually it is 14 games a year. He has missed 5 games in 5 years. I dont know why these injury concerns keep surfacing.
Because people seem to think football players that don't play 16 games a season, every year, are "injury prone".
Frank Gore has played in more than 90% of the games in his career.

No I don't. The only think I can admit is he is an NFL running back who has been surprisingly NOT injury prone as a pro.

Come on guys.... 7 out of the top 10 RBs in the NFL Last year missed at least one start. Does that make all of them injury prone as well?

thats going to happen when you get hit by half the defense before even getting to the line of scrimmage. lol. honestly, he hasnt had huge health issues.
missed games:
last year 4
year before 2
year before 1
year before 0
thats really not a lot when you consider that he doesnt even share the workload and we run A LOT. so its more oppertunities to get banged up.

The question is.... will Alex be there 12 games?
well i kinda hope so.. otherwise (unless he's sidelined by injury) it means that we're not doing good as a team
Gore is the best< he'll go 16+
Alex will be replaced by D. Carr by the 5th game

The real question is. Can Gore hold on to the ball for 16 games?
