mayock described him as a grabber and how he had about 5 or 6 holding calls in the senior bowl that went uncalled, i still think hes a beast and can be coached up

I think it is nice that they chose consecutive numbers. Davis before Iupati, just as they were drafted.

Solari and Brown worked Iupati out pretty hard. If they thought the holding was a problem that couldn't be resolved, the Niners wouldn't have taken him.

Singletary made it sound like both Davis and Iupati had to get the Solari seal of approval before they were drafted so high.
