i agree with craig, although it IS hard to argue against the wins.. when gore has a good game, whether its rushing or recieving, the niners usually win. hes a gamer. his good games usually equal wins.

I will get some heat for this but Im gonna say it anyways. I think the niners need replace Gore as the main offensive weapon. He is good but not great, you cant depend on him to take us to the playoffs. We need to find another back to share the load asap. And for the record Coffee is not the one.

we wont have to rely on Gore if we are indeed becoming a passing offense, he'll just be another weapon. Plus, he's still a dynamic runner in between the tackles.

Love me some Gore, but Craig is right. Just cut his work down some which may extend his career an extra year

Although it's tough to accept he's on the downside of his career, the sooner we get another top back the better for the team.

What do you mean? Gore is turning 27 this year, he's on the downside once he hits 30. He's got 3 great years left.
