I think people tend to forget we are a losing ball club in a very long drought.

At the end of the day Championship runs or extended periods of divisional championships comes down to this.

A winning combination of.....

GM + HC + Coords + Scouts + All Pros + Solid Starters + Rest of coaches + Role Players

Obviously the main components can be debated but I am just going to give an example.

So what stays above this formula is Ownership, so something can over rule the GM when it is the GM's turn to go.

Basically, at the heart of all NFL ownership. You are basically following this cycle. Replacing a piece of the puzzle until you hit on the winning combination. Generally speaking, the major pieces get replaced about the order they were entered in.

I believe Sing himself will be on the chopping block soon enough if the drought continues.

And round and round we go. Definite pattern that happens to ALL losing franchises. The Niners just seem to be a little bit more messy about their housework, lot of dirty laundry left on the street

I think with both of these guys it's going to be done their way. Sing and Jed to me are on the same page and only want people who they know will get what they want done. Continuity for once. Sweet!
