Thats what I dont get. Why cant the Niners play at a college stadium while they rebuild the stick? I really like the Candlestick location. On game day why cant they set up a non stop shuttle out of the trans bay terminal?

No No No. I was just starting to accept the idea of leaving San Francisco for Santa Clara and now he pulls this out of his arse. I understand positioning and leverage in trying to get the SC deal done but threats have to be a reasonable possibility in order to gain leverage from them. And this sure in hell better not be a reasonable possibility.

Big Jerry also got $150 million from the NFL and another $350 million from local tax increases. You add that to the financial power of one of most marketed teams in the professional sports and you get a billion dollar stadium.
