Hell yes!
10 TDS
Stats don't lie when it comes to TD's!
Witten, Gonzalez have had down years in production which SHOULD make Vernon Davis an easy choice to represent the NFC

Tony is gonna get the start. The question is does witten somehow weasel his way onto the team. In reality both VD and Shaincoe should be in the pro bowl with Celek right behind them.

If he would have caught the pass that would have put us up by 4 against the homohawks then i would say yes however since he dropped it and leads the NFL in drops.. i say he makes the team but doesnt start

VD would have 11 TD's and one game winner in his book if he caught that f**king easy one last Sunday.

Jeremy Shockey is going to get a lot of votes because he is well known, and he is playing for New Orleans with their version of the greatest show on turf.
44 catches, 523 yards, 11.9 ave, 3 TDs
Jermichael Finley, in only his second year has turned a lot of heads around the league. Very athletic, tremendous TE speed. He missed four games but still has:
34 catches, 418 yards, 12.3 ave, 3 TDs.
He won't get the votes of the vets but a lot of observers around the league believe he has the potential to be the best of the bunch.
My guess is Davis will NOT get the support many here would like to see because of his drops and penalties but he may sneak in as a coaches choice. Whitten and Gonzales will lead the vote - more catches, less negatives, longer history of high-level play.

I would have said yes up until the Seattle game. If you want to be the best you got to do it when it counts. You have to make that clutch catch. TD and Yards are all nice, but are you cluch? If Davis catches that ball we are probably talking about a big Monday night showdown. As it's stands, I dont even feel like going to the game. I'd rather watch it at hom.

Vd better make it he's at 781 with 12.4 and 10 tds. didn't he make it as a alternate with under 400 yards last year.

IIRC, the guys ahead of him in balloting were either injured or declined for some reason. I don't recall where he finished on the list.

definately.
his numbers would have been even better had we not been running such a conservative offense lead by hill in the begining of the season.
woohoo! first post!
