Take out Peyton and that team is s**t.

HC's get too much credit IMO, unless of course they inherit the Browns and turn the team around..

Caldwell laerned under Tony Dungy. Sigletary learned under Mike Nolan. I dont think that Caldwell could "motivate" our guys, but I bet he would make better decisions with timeouts, challenges, and offensive decisions.

Umm.. Caldwell is un beaten because he enherited THE COLTS. that team would win regardless of who's the head coach.
