i hate how our players are full of potential but 80% of them never reach it. ex: Gore, VD, Willis, Staley, Battle (wasn't expected to be great, but he was far better than anyone had thought him out to be)
key examples of other players that haven't reached their potential: Lawson, A.Smith, Balmer, J.Hill, Morgan, Rachal, Baas, Snyder, etc
