What we need to do to win the west

The only way we're going to "Win the West" is to put Shaun Hill back in the lineup.

Yes, we know what his weak points are. He's got a noodle arm. Opposing defenses don't respect him.

But he doesn't kill us week in and week out like Alex Smith does. Hill led this team to some very important victories in September and he can do it in November and December if given the opportunity.

Put Hill back in the lineup and everything changes. We have a chance again.

We have zero chance with Alex Smith. That is plainly apparent.

Neither QB is the long-term answer for us. That's readily apparent. But if this team wants to make a run for the postseason -- Hill represents our best shot.

I have no doubt in my mind that we can beat the cards on MNF, We just cant give them the game.

Noodle arm would have been -50 yards in the passing game lastnight and we probly would have lost, Put hill back in and Jimmy Rays playbooks gets even more handicapped...
