please elaborate. Its easy to be an armchair GM. Sorry to tell you this but there is not one coach out there you are going to agree with 100% of the time. He's been willing to bench players and has changed his offensive strategy.

To many penalties, miss tackling, play not getting into the huddle quick enough. The staff needs to take part blame for all of those. I have yet to see this team be consistantly perpared week in and out. He has an outdated football philosophy and does not appear to be willing to play to the strength of the team. He makes TERRIBLE coaching decisions Nate, Rossoum, not playingJHill even after he played good last week he was hardly used latnight. And I dont buy the its his first year excuse people people pull imo this guy is not the right choice for this team unless he starts to change his ways. And I really havnt seen a change in philosophy i mistake he grows a vagina. we go up by one we go conservative. He is happy with s**tty play from his team.

Sing plays way to conservatively and its sad that he doesn't even look past the wins and losses... not throwing at all in the last offensive sequence would have cost us the game against a good team. That's what happened in Minnesota... against a good team.
