Still garbage? Sure he's no Montana, but anyone can see that he has progressed tremendously since his rookie year, with the majority of the time not even playing. Either you can't see his progression, or you just have plain high standards. But by all means, he isn't garbage. JaMarcus Russel, now that's garbage
