You subtract the 3 runs from Gore, granted those are runs that may have been influenced a little by Rathman's attack mentality, and we are the worst running team in the league or close to it. Our Oline has problems and some of that has to be attributed to ineffective coaching on both the oline coach and the RB coach by not putting people in the right place with the right techniques. Am I wrong in thinking that the Oline Coach and the RB coach have to work in tandem with blocking assignments, spacing and direction of flow for every single play.

4. All the miserable Niner fans that root against the team rather than for the team.

Look Im hoping these guys succeed, which is why we should utilize their strengths. All Im saying is, we have two former college QBs on the roster at RB/FB and WR? Why cant we run a HB Pass or a fleet flicker every now and then. look at what Joseph Addai did to us last week, We should have(In the words of the great Bill Walsh) beat them to the punch.
