Morgan looked like he just gave up today. So much for being a "winner". Hopefully Crabtree has more of a thirst for excellence.

He is producing the most in our receiver corp in only his 2nd season, thats not hype, thats a pleasant surprise..
he never has been a burner, so folks that expect that of him are going to be disapointed and its as simple as that..

Wow.......if we went Dez Bryant, Michael Crabtree, and possibly Nate Davis......we are officially in rebuild mode. Which means another 2-3 years of sucking before anything gets better. Which means a lot of guys like Clements, Harris, Bly, Spikes, etc. are gone by the time that era comes.
It's a tough thing to swallow. Do we give up success NOW for possible success down the road ?

he gets yac and jump balls, and he is fast enough to beat db's and score so i'm not worried and he is a good player. Great as a #2 wr i think

I wouldn't go that far, we need weapons on offense and whose to say Crabtree and Bryant don't start contributing immediately like Jackson and Maclin. We will be losing 3 WR's this year, he if is available he does become a serious option.

The bottom line is he got caught. lazy or slow, he didn't deliver that time. Having said that I like Morgan.

Morgan should have scored on that play. It looked like he was just jogging and he was just waiting to get tackled. He should have been running like he stole something and at least dive when your inside the five. That play showed that he lacked the desire to be great.

The way he was running looked as if he was almost walking to the endzone. I think he was tired but in top of that he isn't fast so it looks extremely slow.
