This team needs more speed

We may need to go Al Davis and start hoarding some speed. On both sides of the ball, I don't think we have enough speed/range to play with some of the faster teams. You see it in the safeties... especially with Mark Roman unable to catch up to Roddy White on the angle. I saw it in the Vikings game where our guys struggled to match up with their quickness. We need more guys to stretch the field both vertically and horizontally... we need a fast running back, though I'm sure our playcalling/Oline limits that as well. You can't teach speed.

When he was running down the sidelines I was thinking, "Damn, isn't he supposed to have 4.43 speed". Guess not.
