Doesn't mean you can't buy tickets at face value and then sell them to try and make a few bucks. I may try that. Cause I don't plan on going to every event that they hold at the new stadium.

Buy at face value + SBL cost? Yeah, I'll pass. Games/Play-offs/Superbowl is the reason I am a season ticket holder. As I only get to go to maybe half the home games at best, it's just not worth it. I can't see ticket prices going up enough to justify...and if they do, I can't see the people I regularly sell to paying those prices as often..which means more work for me to sell the tickets...since I don't like selling them to opposing team fans.

Besides...I think we're going this year.
Whats the latest with the tailgating issue? They still going to have it despite the parking garage?

Tailgating will be spread out around the stadium in business parking lots. You won't have one huge parking space like at the Stick as that main parking is for club seats only.

So, where and how will the average fan tailgate?

The 49ers.

You get access to tickets prior to the public for things like concerts, other sporting events. But the SB is not one of those events.

nope not even that, only the higher ups get it the ones who are pay 50k on there rights.
if I paid the 6k for the sbl that will only gaurantees me 49ers football tickets and playoff tix but again no super bowl or any event outside of fortyniner football

Thats incorrect. You DO get rights to other events.

"RIGHTS TO PURCHASE TICKETS: Licensee shall have the rights during the term of this License Agreement (i) to
purchase annually from the Team the 49ers Season Tickets for each Seat described above, (ii) to purchase from time to
time from Event Organizers, one ticket per SBL for Events which take place in the Stadium and (iii) to those amenities
described in Exhibit D, all subject to the Terms and Conditions."

Correct. Beat me to it.

Exactly.

OO9ers, not sure where you got your info. But we get rights to the majority of events in the stadium. Only select things like the SuperBowl you don't.

Don't know if I would say "majority" but here is the legalese:
"Event(s)" means concerts, sporting events and similar types of stadium functions to which tickets will
be made available to the general public, excluding Team Games and other NFL games. The term
"Events" does not include private parties and corporate or other functions that are not available to the
general public.

I think it's just written that way to avoid lawsuits. I think the intention is that to most events, SBL holders would have first crack. The SB is a whole different animal tho.

Parking Garage is VERY small % of total cars coming to the game. Most of the parking will be businesses leasing out their lots in the area.

There will be planty of tailgating, just not as mentioned before in one HUGE lot.

Well actually it is written that way because that is exactly what you get.
