Let them. Niners will start building it anyway. SCPF was never going to win. Its CLEAR propaganda. Nothing that was agreed to violates the terms of the vote. NOTHING. It was never about the $$$ anyway. They just didn't want the stadium. Plain and simple. That's their right, but their reasons have been bogus from the start.
